30-day return window

Contact us within 30 days after delivery if you want to return an eligible item. The product should be unused, clean, safely packed, and include original accessories where possible.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We may offer replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund after review.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your provider controls the final posting time, commonly 5–10 business days.
